Attestation between different cloud entities is a core component of the ASCLEPIOS project.
In the paper titled “Attestation Waves: Platform Trust via Remote Power Analysis”, we examine the possibility of performing attestation by leveraging the capabilities of side-channel analysis, and in particular, by meauring the energy consumption of different entities, to determine whether an entity is trusted or not.
The paper was presented by Ignacio M. Delgado (TUNI) at the 20th International Conference on Cryptology And Network Security (CANS 2021). The video of the presentation is available here.
