ASCLEPIOS was represented in this year’s European Commission Event “Digital Excellence Forum @ ICT Proposers’ Day 2019” – https://ec.europa.eu/digital-single-market/en/news/digital-excellence-forum-ict-proposers-day-2019 – which took place in Helsinki, Finland, between the 19th and the 20th of September 2020, which was right after the plenary meeting of the project that took place in Tampere – https://www.asclepios-project.eu/2019/09/20/3rd-asclepios-plenary-meeting-tampere/.
This event, organised by the EC was an excellent opportunity of the ASCLEPIOS partners to present and discuss on how the project’s outcome are aligned and can be complemented with ongoing and upcmonign research activities and policies at the EU landscape, as the even served as a unique networking platform consisting of policy makers, ICT researchers and professionals.
More specifically, ASCLEPIOS attended the networking events organised under the titles of “CyberSecurity” and “ICT for Health & Care”, and made a lot of contacts through the exhibition, and especially in the “Societal Challenges” village – https://ec.europa.eu/digital-single-market/events/cf/digital-excellence-forum-ict-proposers-day-2019/item-display.cfm?id=23584 – area, where flyers of the project and information was disseminated on interested stakeholders.
